1.Seven-Day Return/Exchange Policy
If your purchased frame product is unused and undamaged by non-human factors, you may bring the product to the original purchase location within seven days from the purchase/pickup date to process a return or exchange. The requirements for returns/exchanges are as follows:

Normal Abrasion and Oxidation Not Covered Under Warranty
Scratches and oxidation that occur during normal use of the frame products are considered natural wear and tear and are not covered by this warranty policy. We recommend proper maintenance during use to extend the product's lifespan.
2.One-Year Warranty Policy
All BROOKLYN HUNTINGTON frame products come with a one-year warranty, covering all manufacturing defects. If the product is damaged due to non-human factors within one year from the purchase/pickup date, you may bring the product to the original purchase location to process a return or exchange. We will provide free repair or replacement services based on the specific situation.
